Last night, Jim Gibson and MB Jarosik attended the debut of the new offices and the Erland brand that they created.

On Friday May 4th I went back to my art school alma mater, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, to volunteer as a guest juror for graduating design students.

As I was doing a spot of spring cleaning this past weekend, I happened across my student portfolio. On top of the case lay a small business card-size piece of paper with a hand scribbled note on it. I had written this note to myself in the early hours of some morning as I was in the throws of final portfolio comping. It simply states "Always remember this!" and is followed by my favorite quote about design.

I just got back from my annual weekend to NYC with my cousins. We have been meeting in the city every year for 20+ years. Our itinerary always includes a visit to a museum or gallery, shopping, and a Broadway Show.

There is no standard, universally accepted definition of abstract photography. Actually, it's not easy to create a clear-cut definition of an abstract concept.
